Moat & Mug Coffee Company began around a shared table-family, good conversation, and great coffee.

We’re a small, family-run team brought together by a shared desire to build something meaningful. What started as an idea quickly became a mission: create great coffee with personality, craftsmanship, and a sense of fun.

Our medieval-inspired theme grew from a love of storytelling, imagination, and the rituals that bring people together. As longtime fans of Dungeons & Dragons, we’ve always appreciated worlds where community matters, details count, and every journey begins with preparation. For us, that preparation often starts with a mug in hand.

Every roast we offer is chosen with care and freshly roasted-meant to fuel early mornings, late nights, and moments worth slowing down for. We believe coffee should feel welcoming, not intimidating, and that quality and character can go hand in hand.
