By visiting or purchasing from Moat and Mug Coffee at moatandmug.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Products and pricing

We sell coffee, coffee pods, and tea. Each coffee is sold as a preset combination of flavor, grind, and bag size. On a product page you select that combination from the listed options. Grind and size are not sold as separate add-ons at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If a price changes, the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if payment is not authorized, or if a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order before shipment, we will refund your payment.

Use of this site

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content, branding, or images except for personal, non-commercial shopping. All branding, text, and images on this site are owned by Moat and Mug Coffee or its licensors.

Health and product information

Coffee and tea are food products, not medicines. Product descriptions describe flavor, roast, and origin only, and do not make health claims.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moat and Mug Coffee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
